Services may be delivered virtually (via video call, phone, or email) or in any other format agreed upon between both parties.
2. Eligibility
By using our website or booking our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian. You also represent that all information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
3. Bookings & Appointments
All appointments must be scheduled in advance. When booking a session, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and skin health information to the best of your ability.

• Arrive on time for virtual sessions.

• Notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services to anyone at our discretion.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.
No-shows without prior notice may be charged the full session fee. Repeated late cancellations may result in requiring prepayment for future bookings.
5. Payments & Fees
Payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed upon. We accept payment methods as listed on our website or communicated at the time of booking. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars.
Prices are subject to change at any time. Any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed and paid.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our consulting services, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. If you have a concern about a service you received, please contact us at info@yourbarriermethod.com within 7 days of your appointment.
